We are not a generalist firm that handles law firms on the side. Trust accounting, IOLTA compliance, and legal bookkeeping are the only things we do.

His additional certifications in AI applications bring modern tools and practices to legal bookkeeping — while faithfully adhering to the compliance fundamentals that protect law firms.
Annette Fadness, Trust Accounting Specialist
Annette brings 15 years of specialized experience in legal trust accounting, including IOLTA compliance, three-way reconciliation, and preparation for state bar reviews. Her depth of knowledge and expertise in trust accounting workflow is the operational foundation on which LegalLedgers is built.
